When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Commitment-Based Subscription Terms

Some subscriptions may offer discounted pricing, bonuses, or benefits in exchange for committing to a fixed term (e.g., 3-month, 6-month or 12-month plans).

  • You may still pause, skip, or cancel at any time on our website, however:

  • If you pause, skip, or cancel a commitment-based subscription before the end of the agreed term, the remaining balance of the full term becomes immediately payable.

  • This ensures fairness and protects the value provided through discounted long-term pricing.

Month-to-Month Subscriptions

Month-to-month subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time with no additional fees.

Managing Your Subscription

Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription. You can update, pause, skip, or cancel from your account at any time.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the remaining amount at a later date.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a refund subject to our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you choose a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before sending your order. You will have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the item.

  • If the item is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full amount.

  • Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
